All persons with legitimate access to a crime scene should be fingerprinted, and their latent prints found at the crime scene can thereby be "eliminated" from further consideration. The kit consists of a booklet of 50 forms and a semi-inkless pad (Catalog 2-3879). Both items are in a plastic carrying case to protect the forms and keep them clean.
