cleaning concentrate, formulated specifically for both original and
replica black powder, penetrates and removes all traces of potassium
nitrate. Kit includes: 3-section rod with 10-32 threads (.375" dia./32.5"
length), gun oil, slotted nylon tip, cleaning patches, and caliber
specific brushes. |

An ingenious way to
clean percussion muzzleloaders in the field. First, fill the bottle
halfway up with cleaning solution. Next, fit the tube over the gun's
nipple and let the bottle hang. Then run a wet patch up and down the
bore to create a vacuum that sucks the solvent through the nipple
all the way up the bore. A few strokes cleans the bore and nipple,
free of fouling and residue. |
