APS™ Bench-Mounted Priming Tool

The APS Bench-Mounted Priming Tool was created for those reloaders who prefer to have a separate, specialized tool dedicated just to priming. It's a tool with exceptional feel for concise and consistent seating of primers. The handle on the bench-mounted tool is large by design to provide hours of comfortable loading. Handle position is adjustable for bench height or personal preference.

Primer Strips preloaded with CCI Primers and unprimed Primer Strips are available separately.

Leave it to RCBS to create an entirely new way to prime cases. This APS Hand Priming Tool is revolutionary in a number of ways.

First, the universal shell holder completely eliminates the need for additional shell holders. It accepts case sizes from .32 ACP to 45-70.

Secondly, each strip is color-coded for easy identification and holds 25 primers. With each handle stroke, a fresh primer is seated into the case and the primer strip is advanced through the APS body to position another primer for seating. The primer strips are designed to connect to each other for continuous feed.

The APS system also eliminates the handling of loose primers and the contamination that goes with it. Plus, it insures a smooth feed and a highly sensitive feel with every primer seated.

APS is the latest advance in automatic priming. Pioneered by RCBS, APS priming tools use plastic feeder strips that eliminate touching the primer. No more worry about spilling or contaminating primers with oily fingers! Reliable CCI primers are now available preloaded into APS Strips. Strips hold 25 primers each and are color-coded for positive identification of primer type -- no more confusion or misidentified primers. Strips can be linked for continuous feeding.
