The AK/Valmet Recoil Buffer fits on the
recoil spring guide rod of any Kalishnikov style weapon. This includes AKs, Valmets,
Galils, and Mak 90s, just to name a few.Installation takes less than a minute and can be
done without any special tools. What makes the kalashnikov action so reliable, is also what causes its inevitable downfall, the violent manner in which it works. Each time you fire your rifle the gas system propels the bolt carrier to the rear very violently, which generates a shock wave that is absorbed by the metal receiver. After a period of time, this repeated pounding causes the action itself to lose its structural integrity. The most notable side effect of this happening is the difficulty you have in controlling the weapon during rapid fire. By installing a Recoil Buffer you totally eliminate the metal to metal impact of the bolt carrier to the receiver and most of the action noise. |

The FN/FAL Recoil Buffer fits in the rear of
the upper receiver, preventing the bolt carrier from impacting the lower receiver. The
Recoil Buffer fits in all Standard and Para rifle configurations, both metric and inch
pattern. Installation takes less than a minute and can be done without any tools. It's
that easy. Look at the lower receiver of any FN/FAL that has been shot just a few time. You will see an outline of the bolt carrier, where it has impacted the receiver. When you install a FN/FAL Recoil Buffer you will eliminate any contact of the bolt carrier with the lower receiver. With the FN/FAL Recoil Buffer installed you have less felt recoil, more muzzle stability, less action noise, and extend the service of your weapon, not to mention the peace of mind that comes from protecting your investment while your enjoying it. |

The M1A/M14 Recoil Buffer fits on the recoil
spring guide rod of all M1A and M14 based rifles, regardless of manufacture. As with all
other models of the Recoil Buffer, installation is simple and can be done without any
special tools. The M1A/M14 Recoil Buffer differs from others in our line of products, in that it does not end the metal to metal contact of the bolt to receiver. For a M1A/M14 to operate reliably, the bolt must impact the receiver with each firing of the weapon. This contact is required to prevent excessive stress on the roller cam on the side of the bolt. The M1A/M14 Recoil Buffer eliminates the metal to metal contact of the operating rod to the front of the receiver. The M1A/M14 Recoil Buffer will protect your operating rod, the weak link in the M1A/M14 system, from excessive shock. With the M1A/M14 Recoil Buffer installed you have less felt recoil, more muzzle stability, less action noise, and will extend the service life of your weapon. |

The SKS Recoil Buffer fits in the rear of the
top assembly and is made to the exacting tolerances to insure a tight fit. An indentation
in the Recoil Buffer itself provides a secure resting spot for the recoil spring guide,
making assembly much simpler. The SKS Recoil Buffer will fit all variations of Russian and
Chinese SKSs. As with the rest of the Recoil Buffer line, installation is a snap and
requires no special tools. Like the Kalashnikov action the SKS action is super reliable, but that reliability has a cost. Each time you shoot an SKS the bolt carrier impacts the inside of the top cove. This operation takes its toll on the working mechanism. While not important to a foreign super power that has an arsenal of replacement weapons, it is to you. By installing a SKS Recoil Buffer you totally eliminate the metal to metal impact of the bolt carrier to the receiver, thereby eliminating the shock to the receiver. The Recoil Buffer also prevents any shock from reaching a scope if you have one installed. |

The Ruger 10/22 Bolt Buffer replaces the bolt
stop pin at the rear of the receiver. When you replace the bolt stop pin with a Ruger Bolt
Buffer you are ending the metal to metal impact that takes place each time you shoot your
rifle. Installation is a breeze. You just need a screwdriver, and in a couple of minutes you're ready to head for the range. You can feel the difference the first time you shoot it. With all the custom parts available for the Ruger 10/22, you can very quickly invest several hundreds of dollars in your .22 rifle. Without a receiver, all those custom parts are just so many pieces. So why not give your receiver the highest degree of protection available, the Ruger 10/22 Bolt Buffer. |

The Heckler and Kock G3, with its semi auto version the Model 91, are one of the most well respected battle rifles of all time. They are designed with a solid metal recoil buffer assembly which fits into the buttstock. This factory designed buffer receives the impact of the bolt carrier each time it is fired. This metal to metal impact is what causes felt recoil. We have a replacement buffer which is injection molded, when installed it takes the beating from the bolt carrier instead of your shoulder and reciever. You'll be amazed at the difference it makes. This buffer only works on full stock versions.

The Mini 14 / Mini 30 Recoil Buffer works the same as the M1A/M14 , by eliminating the op rod contact with the receiver.

The Smith and Wesson Recoil
Buffer eliminates the metal to metal impact of the slide and frame. This
unique buffer fits over the recoil spring and guide when the pistol is
reassembled and is set in place against the frame the first time the
action is cycled. Installation of the Smith and Wesson Recoil Buffer will
result in reduced felt recoil, enhanced muzzle control and a longer
service life. The Smith and Wesson Recoil Buffer will fit all centerfire
models of the third generation guns. This product will not work in the
Sigma line of pistols.

The Buffer Technologies Recoil
Buffer for the Glock pistol eliminates the metal slide from impacting the
polymer frame. This repeated impact batters the frame where the two parts
come into contact. Stopping this battering is accomplished by inserting
the buffer between the recoil spring and the slide. Each time the action
is worked or the weapon is fired the buffer comes into contact with the
frame, not the metal slide. Installation of the Glock Recoil Buffer will
result in reduced felt recoil, enhanced muzzle control and a longer
service life. The Glock Recoil Buffer will fit models 17, 17L, 18, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 24, 24C, 31, 32, 34 and 35.

The Browning Hi-Power Recoil
Buffer easily fits onto the recoil spring guide rod. Installation takes
less than a minute and can be done without any special tools.
The Browning Hi-Power is an undeniable classic. Taking good care of its action is essential if you want to ensure that your piece of the Browning legacy endures. However, every time you fire off a round the slide slams backward making contact with another piece of steel. Gradually this can cause the action to become loose! Fortunately, a Recoil Buffer can cushion this trauma and lengthen the service life of your favorite pistol.

The Buffer Technologies Recoil
Buffer for the Mac 10 and 11 replaces the original factory unit. It
differs from the original one in two very benifical ways. First, it is
made of a resilient, high-impact polyurethane. This material is capable of
enduring the normal firing conditions that the factory unit couldn't stand
up to. Second, it allows the recoil spring to rest against the rear
support plate. This elimintes the severe compression between the bolt and
the rear support plate so that the recoil spring, which had a tendency to
chew up the buffer, no longer proves self destructive to the weapon. The
Recoil Buffers will work with any caliber but the model must be
specified with your order (Mac 10 or Mac 11).
Those who install Recoil Buffers into their Mac's will not only be protecting their investment by prolonging the weapons' service life, but they will also find that the recoil is reduced and muzzle stability is increased which is very important for rapid fire. In fact, Recoil Buffers can do this for any gun! They work so well that many people believe they should be installed in all guns by their manufacturers. Unfortunately, this is not yet the case. So, until that time comes, make sure your weapon functions as well and as long as it possibly can! |

The buffer for the Beretta
92/96 is a departure from our original line of buffers. It was not possible
to place a cushioning buffer between the slide and frame, as with our other
recoil buffers, without making our own guide rod. This new design includes a stainless steel guide rod with a slide bushing and, of course, a recoil buffer. The guide rod and slide bushing are made from a high carbon stainless steel which has a hardness of 48-52 Rockwell. During our testing, we fired in excess of 1,000 rounds through a Langdon Tactical Technologies 92 Vertec. Not a single malfunction was experienced! By installing the new guide rod and buffer you too will reduce felt recoil, enhance muzzle control, and lengthen service life. The guide rod and buffer will fit both the 92 and 96 series of Beretta handguns. Installation is a simple: slide the bushing into the guide rod hole in the slide and swap your old guide rod for our new one, complete with buffer. When you pull the slide to the rear, the slide contacts the buffer before it impacts the frame. Note: This buffer will only work in the full size variants of the Models 92 and 96. Also works in Taurus 92/96 |

The
CZ recoil buffer will eliminate the metal to metal impact of the slide on
the receiver each time the weapon is fired. You will extend the service life
of your pistol as well as have reduced felt recoil by installing one in your
weapon. Installation is easy and requires no special tools or modification
to your gun. |

The
Buffer Technologies PPSh-41 recoil buffer will fit on all originalmodels as well as the new semi-auto version now being produced. The recoil buffer simply replaces the existing buffer, but the difference is that our buffer is made of a polyurethane material which can take thousands of rounds without breaking down or coming apart like the original. This 21st Century material replaces 1940's technology, which was all that was available when the gun was designed. Since the original buffer was very hard the impact from the bolt was transferred into the receiver, but not with the replacement buffer! You will experience reduced felt recoil and better muzzle control, all this while lengthening the service life of the weapon. Installation is a breeze. You just need the usual tools for disassembly and in a couple of minutes you're ready to head for the range. You will feel the difference the first time you shoot it. |
