Combining advanced fiber optics technology and state-of-the art electronics with superior conventional optics, the Micro Dot is the most sophisticated red dot scope on the market. Designed with a brightness-adjustable fiber optic red dot at the intersection of duplex crosshairs, the Micro Dot is the first and only magnified scope of its kind in the industry. The dot is highly visible and crisply defined using fiber optics technology. When Top Quality Optics aren't enough, the Micro Dot's Intensity-adjustable, Fiber-optic Red Dot gives you the edge you need. During those productive dawn and dusk minutes when game is on the move, conventional crosshairs are often impossible to see in the low, grey light. That's when the Micro Dot is at its best without obscuring the target. Its brightness-adjustable red dot provides an accurate aiming point in the worst lighting conditions. Not a lighted reticle, which can make the target hard to see, the Micro Dot's aiming point is a tiny 1/2 minute, fiber optic red dot with rheostat control. In addition to the concept of electronic aiming in a hunting scope, the Micro Dot pioneered a unique brightness adjustment. Because of its rheostat control feature, the shooter can adjust the dot's intensity from dim for very low lighting conditions to brilliant when the background is brighter. This is particularly helpful during daylight hunting hours when the target may actually be in the shade. In addition, the compact turret on the
eyepiece contains the brightness rheostat as well as the battery. With the Micro Dot, you don't sacrifice top quality optics to get the advantage of accurate, low light aiming. The hunter who can appreciate the advantages of low light aiming won't accept anything less than top quality optics. During normal daylight, when the red dot is turned off, the Micro Dot performs as well as the best variable-power scope. Its crystal-clear multi-coated optics, streamlined design and duplex-style reticle make the Micro Dot a great choice even without the red dot capability. Think of the red dot as your edge. |
