A Weaver style scope mount designed to mount directly to .920" bull barrels. The mount cantilevers back over the receiver and utilizes one tension set screw in the rear of the mount for stability. It ensures that the scope will always be in alignment with the barrel regardless of any movement between the barrel and receiver. All Volquartsen barrels for the 10/22 will come drilled & tapped to accept this scope mount.

Complete CNC Machined Bolt features our hardened and tuned extractor for positive, consistent extraction. It also includes our round titanium firing pin. This round design eliminates the unnecessary movement found on most 10/22 firing pins. The CNC machining process allows us to hold the head spacing to exact dimensions eliminating the need for having your factory bolt reworked.

The Extended Bolt Handle features the same shape and design as the bolt handle featured on our fully machined bolts. This handle has also been extended .25" for faster, easier operation. The recoil rod is polished, hardened and then TIN Coated. This finish is not only extremely hard but also contains lubricating features to create an extremely smooth operating guide rod. This coated recoil rod reduces friction which improves both feeding and ejecting. A recoil rod spring is also included. This spring has been cryogenically treated to withstand years of use.

The Exact Edge Extractor is manufactured through an EDM process to produce exacting tolerances. The new extractor will not lose its edge under impact such as other extractors made from stamped steel or titanium that will have their edges "roll over" and actually cause extraction problems after a short period of use. Our extractor features a very precise "hook point." It is hardened to a Rc 58-60 to withstand years of use and still maintain its edge. We are able to hold the tolerances to +/-.0001" by utilizing the EDM mfg process. The hook is .005" closer to the rim of the cartridge to allow for the most positive extraction available. The "Snake" fluted barrel is completely unique to the target barrel market. The flutes are positioned around the barrel to give unsurpassed rigidity and longitudinal stiffness. The "Snake" flutes also increase surface area to help in cooling. It provides considerably more surface area than a conventional straight flute of the same length. The "Snake" flute is not a spiral (helical) flute nor is it a straight conventional flute but a completely new, unique method of cut fluting. This fluting is not only cut for its functional purposes but also gives the barrel a completely new appearance. The forward blow comp is another added feature on the "Snake" barrel. This comp is designed to direct gases and noise away from the shooter. The muzzleweighted barrels offer superb balance whether it is used for competition or serious plinking. The barrel eliminates the problem found on other factory contoured barrels. A normal contoured barrel decreases in accuracy as the contour increases due to the expansion of the bore. The match muzzle weighted barrels utilize the factory contour part of the stock but it then contours back to .925" O.D. This in effect, creates a "choked" barrel allowing for outstanding accuracy! The Trigger Guard 2000 is a complete CNC machined trigger guard equipped with precision EDM parts. It features an internal pretravel adjustment that is set at the factory in order to greatly reduce pretravel usually found on the factory trigger guard. This new match trigger guard is CNC machined from a solid billet of high strength aircraft aluminum. The hammer is a precision ground 440C stainless steel hardened component of 58 Rc. The sear and disconnector are EDM manufactured parts made of A2 hardened tool steel with tolerances being held to +/- .0002" assuring every trigger let off to be extremely consistent. The trigger is black anodized and equipped with an overtravel adjustment screw. The trigger is reset internally to eliminate any dragging or inconsistencies caused by a conventional trigger plunger. The TG2000 comes with our own custom springs. An automatic bolt release and an extended magazine release are also included.
