Shipping Time:
As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of manufacturers we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 8-12 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate manufacturer, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from the manufacturer of the item you ordered to your shipping address.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped UPS Ground within the continental US unless stated otherwise. A minimum shipping and handling charge of $9.95 will be applied to every order. Overweight and oversized orders will incur an additional charge. Orders may be shipped 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air for an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote. International shipping will be charged at $39.95 per pound, with a minimum charge of $39.95. Average shipping time is 8-12 working days - depending upon which state we are shipping to. United States Postal Service and Air/Express Mail used for orders shipped outside the continental US.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.
Terms:
DOMESTIC: Visa, Mastercard or Prepayment (Money Order, Personal Check* or Certified Check Only). No CODs.
*Personal Checks require a two week holding period prior to shipment.
Back Orders:
Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise. All items are subject to availability and prior sale.
Returns:
No unauthorized returns. Contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without RA# written boldly on outside of box will be refused!
MAGAZINES: All magazine sales are final. No refunds will be given on magazines. Defective magazines returned to us with an RA#, will be replaced with new merchandise.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Where items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, these items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT: Merchandise returned for credit will not be accepted without an RA#. Credits/refunds will be issued for items with RA#'s returned within 14 days from receipt, and must be in original packaging and sellable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returned items. We can not accept any returns of items after 14 days of receipt.
No refunds will be given for shipping.
Magazine Legality:
All high capacity magazines are either Pre-Ban or Post Ban and are 100% legal to own, sell, buy or use*.
* No magazines over 10 rounds can be shipped to California.
* No magazines can be shipped to New York City, New York.
* Only high capacity magazines manufacturered prior to September 13, 1994 can be shipped to New York State.
* No magazines over 10 rounds can be shipped to Hawaii
* No magazines over 15 rounds can be shipped to New Jersey.
* No magazines over 20 rounds can be shipped to Maryland.
Knife Shipment Policy:
Knives will only be shipped to customers over 18 years old where there are no Federal, State or Local Laws that prohibit knife purchases.
Barrel Shipment Policy:
Barrels may not be shipped outside of the U.S.A.
Foreign Export:
Many of our items are classified as Gun Parts. There are strictly enforced rules that go along with these parts.
A Gun Part is “any item necessary to the operation of a weapon”. Many parts fall within this category, such as triggers, magazines, grips and barrels.
We cannot ship any orders for gun parts outside of the USA including APO addresses. Items such as holsters, slings, clothing, backpacks, hearing protection, gun cases, books and videos are not considered gun parts and may be shipped to you.
Bullet heads, ammunition cases, night vision, barrels and military reticle scopes may not be shipped outside the USA.
